Just a quick note to mention that the 2nd Heros of 2014 is on Sunday 2nd February 6PM – 10PM at the Backstreet Club, Mile End. More details can be seen on the Club Heros website.
However, before we get to that I must recap on the first Heros of the year, with the January one. It was a relatively busy event, with some new faces (to Heros at least) showing up to enjoy the time. Unfortunately, this puppy had to leave slightly early as I was shattered, but I spent some time conversing with people and being myself on the floor enjoying chocolate buttons and some time relaxing. Hopefully, we’ll see some of the newbies returning for another visit this month. *wags tail*
On the subject of Heros, it is pleasing to here that John, the owner of the Backstreet, is still on the mend, and the last report I heard was that he’d been at the club for the New Year celebrations and was enjoying being back in the club.
